Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Systems Coordinator to oversee the transition of our company’s software infrastructure from QuickBooks to NetSuite Oracle. As a Systems Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring a smooth and successful migration, collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Your expertise in systems coordination, software integration, and project management will be essential in facilitating this critical transition. Responsibilities:
- Lead the transition process from QuickBooks to NetSuite Oracle, minimizing disruption to business operations.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders, including Sales, Operations, Finance, IT, and management teams, to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Assess existing software systems, data structures, and integrations to identify potential challenges and develop a comprehensive transition plan.
- Design and implement software integration strategies to ensure seamless data flow between QuickBooks and NetSuite Oracle.
- Configure and customize the NetSuite Oracle system to align with business needs, including financial modules, inventory management, and reporting functionalities.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to support users during the migration process and post-transition period.
- Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance to ensure data accuracy, system functionality, and performance after the transition.
- Develop and deliver comprehensive training materials and sessions for end-users to facilitate a smooth transition to NetSuite Oracle.
- Monitor and track system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement necessary enhancements or updates to optimize system efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in systems coordination or a similar role, with a track record of successfully transitioning software systems from QuickBooks to NetSuite Oracle.
- In-depth knowledge of QuickBooks and NetSuite Oracle, including their functionalities, data structures, and integration capabilities.
- Strong understanding of systems coordination principles, software development lifecycle, and project management methodologies.
